Update 10 ( July-August, 2025)

Significant progress has been made across the project with roofing, insulation, and all gypsum board work now complete. Painting is active throughout, Nichiha panel installation and detailing are finalized, and storefronts, doors, ceiling grids, and HVAC systems are in place. IT access points and access control rough-ins are complete, basketball goals and the scoreboard have been installed, FF&E packages are ordered, and the recording studio scope is finalized. Looking ahead, the team is preparing to finalize the permanent power connection, complete HVAC commissioning, receive and prepare the gym floor, coordinate AV and IT device installations, and begin closeout documentation to ensure inspection readiness.
