Update 9 ( June-July, 2025)

Construction continues to move forward with strong momentum. Two major areas have passed inspection, exterior sheathing and waterproofing are complete, and progress is evident with gym gypsum board installation, window placement, and painting underway. The transformer pad grading reset is also nearing completion. Looking ahead, the team will be addressing a leak in the backflow preventer, verifying framing spacing for the vertical Nichiha walls, coordinating deliveries for the remaining mechanical units, and finalizing both millwork submittals and dumpster enclosure drawings.
