Update 6 ( Feb–Mar, 2025)

Key Project Milestones:

• Structural steel and roof decking are complete

• Roofing, parapets, and mechanical platforms are beign finalized

• Storm drainage is near completion, with one catch basin and downspout tie-ins pending

• Cold-formed framing is active across the building footprint

• Electrical trenching for new underground conduit began mid-April

MEP Work:

• Plumbing rough-ins were completed for all restrooms and kitchen spaces

• Domestic water line routing is ongoing

• Electrical trenching for new underground conduit has commenced

Upcoming milestones:

• Pouring of porches, mezzanine, and transformer pad

• Resolution of water line routing conflicts and continuation of MEP work

• Finalizing change order packages and aligning interior framing with revised FF&E and IT layouts

• Beginning interior systems coordination (AV, IT, signage, lockers, etc)

Upcoming Actions:

• Pour transformer pad, porches, and mezzanine

• Close change order #1-6 with formal AIA documentation

• Close open RFIs related to water routing and hood ventilation

• Approve finish board and finalize FF&E/AV layouts based on revised framing

• Coordinate infrastructure for esports and specialty equipment

• Continue mechanical and electrical rough-ins following wall layout confirmation
