Key Project Milestones

• Completed:

  • Structural steel and all major concrete work

  • Framing and roofing

  • Sheathing

  • Exterior insulation

• Near complete:

  • MEP, sprinkler, and IT rough-ins (inspection underway)

  • Wireless access point rough-ins

• Commencing:

  • Security camera rough-in

• Pending

  • Nichiha panel system shop drawings and delivery

  • HVAC equipment delivered and being prepared for installation

• Ongoing

  • Exterior grading to move into find grading, prepping for perimeter sidewalk installation

• Design Updates

  • Dumpster pad: design coordination ongoing with BREC. Final derective to come in future ASI; this item is not critical.

  • Basketball court: logo and color scheme needs to be decided on soon.

Key Upcoming Milestones:

• Furniture layout & pricing to be completed

• Final determination on locker locations inside of building and use
