Significant progress has been made across the project with roofing, insulation, and all gypsum board work now complete. Painting is active throughout, Nichiha panel installation and detailing are finalized, and storefronts, doors, ceiling grids, and HVAC systems are in place.

Construction continues to move forward with strong momentum. Two major areas have passed inspection, exterior sheathing and waterproofing are complete, and progress is evident with gym gypsum board installation, window placement, and painting underway.
